Fishing enthusiasts will start by taking advantage of our private 2 hectare fishing pond. Fishing is free and no-kill is compulsory on the estate. Night fishing will be authorized under certain conditions. For anglers on the water, two canoes are available free of charge.

Around the Domaine de la Jarousse, you will find many ponds and rivers subject to the regulations of the Dordogne fishing federation. They will be available to you with your fishing license or with the purchase of a ticket in the surrounding villages.

  • Terra Aventura is a giant treasure hunt for everyone! Immerse yourself in a universe of discovery and discover the activity of geocaching! Tèrra aventura is a set of 5 family geocaching loops in St-Raphaël, the Savignac Lédrier forge, Excideuil, the Forge d'Ans and Saint-Mesmin. On each course, boxes or “caches” are hidden in the middle of nature. It's up to you to discover their content! If you have the soul of a treasure hunter or a sleuth, these loops are for you!   • Randoland, or the best way to discover the region and its heritage while having fun! Become you and your children, the time of a walk, guide-explorers! Equipped with cards, you will have to find the clues hidden along your way and solve the puzzles. The indices are placed on elements of the historical, architectural or natural heritage. For each circuit, three levels are available: 4-6 year olds, 7-9 year olds, 9-12 year olds.

Moutain Biking

You will enjoy 350 kilometers of marked trails divided into 14 loops of different levels, from 4 departures. Colors ranging from green to black will indicate the level of difficulty. You will travel through the Périgord Vert and its incredible heritage, both cultural and natural, without ever getting bored!

From Excideuil, classified as a Petite Cité de Caractère, discover picturesque villages and majestic castles. 

It's another landscape that awaits you from the Causse de l'Isle, between dry stone huts and truffle fields along stony paths. 

Departing from the Rouffiac leisure center, you will have a free access bike park to warm up before hitting the trails.

Finally, departing from Saint-Mesmin, the more athletic will cross mid-mountain landscapes cut by the Gorges de l'Auvézère.
