You will discover the famous Mont-Ventoux, an essential stage of the Tour de France. This summit of Vaucluse, linking Provence to the Alps, is nicknamed the Giant of Provence. Access to Ventoux:
- By the southern slope, from Bédoin: 21,5 kilometers of ascent for a drop of 1 meters.
- From the north side, from Malaucène: 20,8 kilometers of ascent for a drop of 1 meters.
- By the east side, from Sault: 25,7 kilometers of ascent for a drop of 1 meters.
For seasoned cyclists in search of major passes, don't hesitate any longer and take the lavender route! No less than six Baronnies passes await you. From the foothills of Mont Ventoux to the sources of the Ouvèze, lavender will accompany you throughout your journey.

Only a few kilometers from camping, the Saint-Julien rock, a major climbing site in France, offers several lengths of routes, with varying levels of difficulty. A perfect spot to try all types of climbing! Famous site for all climbing enthusiasts, it is however not recommended for beginners and requires a good level of practice. Faced with the significant risk of falling rocks, wearing a helmet is strongly recommended. The equipment on site is designed for the use of double rope of 100 meters.

Many cliffs are also equipped in the Baronnies Provençales for the whole family: Rocher Saint-Julien, Gorges d'Ubrieux, Baume-Rousse, Mévouillon, Trois-Rivières, Roche sur le Buis, La Clue de Paisians, Bellecombe-Tarendol, Pelleret, Vic, Black Balm, etc.

- Redhead Balm
114 lengths from level 4a to 8a+. The site benefits from very beautiful routes to enjoy a magnificent view of Provence. A good part of its exposure is to the south, but different faces of the rock can offer you routes in the shade.
- Hannibal's Lou Passo
9 pitches from level 3a to 8b+. The site is ideal for spending a day with the family. Little walking is necessary to get there. You will enjoy the shade in the afternoon and the river at the foot of the tracks. More information on the website of the French Climbing Federation.
114 lengths from level 3a to 7c+. The cliff enjoys good sunshine, and you will enjoy the shade in summer until 11am. A natural pebble beach on the banks of the Ouvèze will be an opportunity for a family picnic or a swimming break.
- Boxwood Needle
55 lengths from level 4c to 7b+. It will take you 25 minutes to walk to the site. The view alone is well worth the trip. The pine forest under your feet, the Mont Ventoux, the Rocher du Saint Julien and the town of Buis-les-Baronnies surrounded by olive trees… In short, Provence in all its diversity as far as the eye can see!
