Whatever your level, from sports enthusiasts to those with reduced mobility, these itineraries will take you to discover unique and unusual landscapes. The region is crisscrossed by long-distance hiking trails which allow you to discover all its facets and all its riches. Among the many routes that cross the department, the GR accompanies the hiker on the entire coast, i.e. more than 850 km and which comes with multiple variants, the GR crosses the Black Mountains from Douarnenez to Motreff for more than 110 km, the GR passes from the bay of Douarnenez to Carhaix via the Monts d'Arrée and the GR of the Monts d'Arrée tour. As close as possible to camping, in the country of Quimperlé, take the time for a half-day or a day's walk.

Whether by the sea, in the forest or in the city, you are bound to find the hike that suits you. Choose your circuit among the 22 offered by the tourist office. Between the discovery of the small heritage or quite simply the contemplation of the nature which surrounds you, you will be surprised by the density of paths. A greenway is also from Scaër, on the site of the old station in the direction of Rosporden or in the direction of Guiscriff. Registered under number 7, it offers a choice of secure walks accessible to strollers and people with reduced mobility. In a loop, 1,9 km long, this trail descends along the banks of the Isole where accessible fishing pontoons are installed and crosses the arboretum to return to the starting point.
